Story Lite Software product under this License is provided free of charge.

Updates will be available to registered users.

Even though a license fee is not paid for the use of Story Lite Software, it does not mean that there are no conditions for using such software:

Conditions:

1. Story Lite Software may be installed and used by the Licensee for any legal purpose.
2. Story Lite Software may be installed and used by the Licensee on one computer system.
3. Multiple copies should have multiple licenses.
4. Network installation requires explicit Permission from the License Holder.
5. If you would like to offer Story Lite Software and any templates as a bonus to your customers, clients, or anyone else, we must be informed in writing by email and such use agreed and confirmed by the License holder, prior to the offer. After this process you may link to the opt in page at  www.storylite.com from your site, download or thank you page.
6. Story Lite Software may not be distributed by any means without the owner’s express permission. Please contact info@storylite.com for details.
7. The Licensee will not have any proprietary rights in and to Story Lite Software, and may not sell or gain privileges from any further use of Story Lite Software.
8. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Licensor retains all copyrights and trademarks in all geographical areas and other proprietary rights in and to the Story Lite Software.
9. Story Lite Software may not be reverse engineered or decompiled, modified or adapted in any way.
10. Use within the scope of this License is free of charge and no royalty or licensing fees shall be paid by the Licensee.
11. The creator of Story Lite Software is not liable for any damages, of any sort, that may result from any use of this product.
12. You may not:
    • Install or use Story Lite Software  in more than one computer system.
    • Using Story Lite Software  on many computers by sharing all of partial Software.
    • Decompose Story Lite Software and use it in the different computers or embody it into other software systems.
    • Delete the copyright notices on any copy of Story Lite Software.
    • Disclose, transfer, provide, rent or otherwise make available in any form, Software, or any portion thereof, to a third party without the prior consent of the License Holder.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Story Lite Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
13. Story Lite Software remains property of the License Holder:
• All rights not specifically granted under this License are reserved by the License Holder. All title and intellectual property rights in and to Story Lite Software, the accompanying printed or online materials, and any copies of Story Lite Software, including all rights in patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets applicable thereto, shall remain vested in the License Holder.
14. Termination:
• Without prejudice to any other rights, the License Holder may terminate your right to use Story Lite Software under this License if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this License. Upon termination, you shall immediately stop using Story Lite Software, remove all copies of Story Lite Software and any related information from any electronic equipment under your control, and return to the License Holder the any material you have copied thereof within one month.
15. Termination Certificate:
• Within one month after the termination of this Agreement, you shall furnish to the License Holder a certificate certifying that through your best efforts, and to the best of your knowledge, the original and all copies, in whole or in part, in any form, of Story Lite Software have been destroyed.
16. Maintenance:
• the License Holder shall not be responsible for maintenance or field service of Story Lite Software under this License.
17. All rights are reserved.
18. License Holder: All materials, software, website and all example templates are Copyright Geoff Davis 2010, 2011 and onwards.
